摘要
继《卧虎藏龙》之后,李安影像中的"老虎"在《少年派的奇幻漂流》中再次出场,借助3D技术实现了老虎的亮相和主角的担当。"老虎"是导演与世界的想象性关系的关键元素。与《卧虎藏龙》不同的是,影片《少年派》的意义生成方式发生了很大的改变,"老虎"由所指变成能指。本文通过分析李安电影中老虎意义的表现和发展,来探寻李安电影的压抑与释放主题意义的走向。
after Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, "tiger" reappeared in LI An' s movie The Life of Pi and became theprotagonist with the application of 3D technology. The "tiger" is one key element in the imaginative link between the di- rector and the world. Different from Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, a great change occurred in The Life of Pi concern-ing the means of generating meaning as the signified "tiger" became the signifier. This paper explores the thematic mean- ings of repression and release by analyzing the embodiment and evolution of the meaning of tiger in LI An' s movies.
