高职高专旅游专业人才创新发展探析

The Innovative Development of Higher Vocational Tourism Education

新世纪我国旅游高等教育整体快速发展,本科旅游教育出现相对过剩,而高职高专旅游教育已占旅游高等教育规模的60%以上,且人才培养供需两旺。基于此,高职高专旅游专业教育必须顺应这一发展格局,继续扩大办学规模,内涵建设上首先要提升人才培养的目标,同时在专业设置、办学体制、校企合作、学制、课程体系、师资培养与质量评价等方面改革创新,增强可持续发展能力,担当好为旅游业培养"用得好、留得住、有潜力"专门人才的重任。

There exists the overall rapid development of Chinese tourism education in the first twelve years of the 21st century. The main body of tourism education has changed from secondary vocational education to higher education. Furthermore, higher vocational education has accounted for more than 60% of higher education. Both the demand and the supply are flourishing in higher vocational tourism education while it is relatively superfluous for undergraduate education. So, higher vocational education must conform to the above development pattern, continue to expand its scale, and enhance the connotation construction. That is, the higher vocational tourism education should promote talent -training goal, reform in major-setup, operational mechanism, school-enterprise corporation, school system, curriculum system, teachers＇ training and quality evaluation, etc., enhance the sustainable development ability, and take on the responsibility to culture professional talents who are able, steady and potential for Chinese tourism.
