高职水文与工程地质专业人才培养模式研究——以四川水利职业技术学院水文与工程地质专业示范建设为例

高等职业教育为适应经济社会发展需求而发展壮大起来,目标是培养社会急需的基层操作性、技能性技术人才。四川水利职业技术学院在省级、部级示范院校建设过程中与企业合作,产教结合,在教学过程中采取基于工作过程的项目化教学模式,借鉴国内外经验和自身实际建立了适合高职水文与工程地质专业发展的人才培养模式,增强了学生的实践操作技能,提高了学生的就业率。

The higher vocational education grows up in order to adapt to economic and social development.Its target is to train the socially necessary personnel who have basic interoperability and skills.In the provincial and ministerial demonstration college and enterprises co-operate,at the same time our education and their productions are combined perfectly.During teaching we adopt a teaching mode based on working process of projects.Referring to experiences at home and abroad,we set up a suitable personnel training mode for the development of higher vocational hydrological and engineering geology.It can enhance the students＇ practical operating skills,and increase their employment.
