丹灯通脑胶囊对老年冠心病治疗的临床研究

The clinical research of treatment for senile coronany heart disease by Dan deng tong nao capsule

目的观察丹灯通脑胶囊治疗老年冠心病的作用。方法将60例老年冠心病患者随机分为治疗组32例及对照组28例,两组均使用硝酸酯类、他汀类、钙离子拮抗剂等,治疗组在以上药物基础上加用丹灯通脑胶囊。2组均以1个月为1个疗程,观察两组治疗1个疗程后的疗效。结果治疗组和对照组的心绞痛改善总有效率分别为90.6%和67.8%,将两组疗效结果和心电图疗效结果经过统计学分析,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹灯通脑胶囊治疗老年冠心病疗效显著,可减少心绞痛的发作、改善心电图缺血性ST-T、改变改善血液流变学、降低血脂,改善临床症状。

Objective To observe the role of dan deng tong nao capsule treatment of senile coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods 60 cases of senile patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group（32 cases） and control group 28 cases,two groups use nitrates,statins,calcium antagonists,such as the treatment group based on the above drugs combined with Dan deng tong nao capsule.Two groups in 1 month for a period of treatment,observe two groups of curative effect after 1 course of treatment.Results the treatment group and control group to improve the total effective rate of angina were 90.6% and 67.8% respectively,the two groups of curative effect results and ecg results through statistical analysis,statistically significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Dan deng tong nao capsule treatment of senile coronary heart disease curative effect is distinct,can reduce the onset of angina pectoris and improve the ischemic electrocardiogram ST-T,change,improve blood rheology and reduce blood fat,improve clinical symptoms.
