双Endobutton带袢钢板治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位

Analysis of Curative Effect for Treatment of Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation by Endobutton plate

目的观察双Endobutton带袢钢板内固定术治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效。方法选择2010年7月～2012年6月本院收治的TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位患者21例,采用双Endobutton带袢钢板内固定术治疗;结果本组手术时间为(68±23)min,术中出血量为(109±55)mL。术后均获得随访,时间9～30个月,平均16.5个月。手术切口均一期愈合,术后1周内复查x线片示肩锁关节完全复位。术后肩关节功能采用Karlsson疗效评定标准评定,优17例、良4例,无内固定松动及脱出、关节再脱位等并发症。结论双Endobutton带袢钢板内固定术是治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的有效方法。

Objective We evaluated the results of acromioclavicular dislocations treated with coracoclavicular fixation using Endobutton plate.Methods From July 2010 to juny 2012,21 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocations were treated with Endobutton plate.Joint function was assessed by the Karlsson standard.Results The mean operative time were（68±23）min.The average blood loss were（（109±55）mL.According to the Karlsson standard,17patients got an excellent result,4 good.Conclusion In the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation,fixation with Endobutton plate is an effective methodforthe repair of acromioclavicular joint dislocationsin.
