中西医结合治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效观察

The observation of the efficacy for integrative medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的探讨中西医结合治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法本文选取了我院2009年12月至2012年1月间入院治疗的64例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者为研究对象,随机分为中西医结合治疗组和西医治疗组,分析比较两组总体疗效。结果两组患者实施不同治疗后总体疗效组间比较,中西医结合治疗组优于西医治疗组,且差异具体统计学意义(P<0.05);中西医结合治疗组FSH、LH、E2指标改善情况均优于西医治疗组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效显著,与传统西医疗效相比优势明显,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy for integrative medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 64 cases admitted to hospital from December 2009 to January 2012 in our hospital with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal function were chosen as the research object and divided into two groups.The relevant treatment effect was taken for a comparative analysis.Results The two groups of patients after the implementation of the treatment,the overall treatment effect between groups were compared,the integrative treatment group was better than the western medicine treatment group,and there was a statistically significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）.In the improving situation of FSH,LH and E2,the indicators of the Integrative Medicine group were better than the western medicine treatment group,and there were statistically significant differences（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect for integrative medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding is significant,and has obvious advantages compared with western medicine,worthy of popularized application.
