宫腔填塞纱条加欣母沛治疗产后出血80例疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of the uterine tamponade sliver joint Carboprost Tromethamine Injection to treatment 80 cases of postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨宫腔填塞纱条联合注射欣母沛的方式在剖宫产后出血治疗中的疗效。方法选取我院妇产科2010年6月至2012年6月间剖宫产后出血的80例患者为研究对象,对照组常规给以按摩子宫、静滴缩宫素及使用卡孕栓等治疗方式;治疗组在对照组的基础上加用术中宫腔填塞纱条联合注射欣母沛的方式。对比两组患者产后出血的情况。结果治疗组产后2 h及24 h平均出血量均少于对照组,治疗组的止血效果优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组患者治疗有效率达80.00%,治疗组有效率达97.50%,治疗组的治疗有效率高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者无1例发生死亡。结论对于剖宫产产后出血的患者使用宫腔填塞纱条联合注射欣母沛的治疗方式可以有效减少患者术后出血,提高治疗有效率,并且安全可靠,应积极的提倡临床应用。

Objective Explore intrauterine the packing gauze joint injection Carboprost Tromethamine Injection dominant position in the treatment of bleeding after cesarean section.Methods Bleeding after cesarean section patients for the study from June 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital,The control group routine give massages uterus,intravenous infusion of oxytocin and carboprost suppositories treatment;The treatment group were treated with intraoperative uterine tamponade sliver joint injection Carboprost Tromethamine Injection,In contrast with the case of two groups of patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Results Treatment group 2 h and 24 h average volume of blood loss was less than the control group,hemostatic effect of the treatment group was better than the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference（P ＆lt;0.01）;The patients in the control group,a therapeutically effective rate of 80.00%;treatment group,the effective rate of 97.50%,treatment efficiency of the treatment group was higher,and there was a statistically significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）.All patients occurred in 1 case of death.Conclusion The uterine tamponade sliver joint injection Carboprost Tromethamine Injection treatment can effectively reduce postoperative bleeding and improve the treatment efficiency,and safety and reliability.
