针刺、推拿结合鼠神经生长因子治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on lumbar disc herniationTreated by Acupuncture and Massage Combined with NGF

目的探讨针刺、推拿结合鼠神经生长因子治疗与针刺、推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效对比。方法我科于2009年6月～2012年6月,根据患者意愿将患者分为两组,治疗组:采用针刺、推拿结合神经生长因子治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例,对照组:针刺、推拿治疗50例。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%;对照组总有效率为74.0%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针刺、推拿结合神经生长因子的治疗组临床疗效优于单纯使用针刺、推拿的对照组。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy on lumbar disc herniation treated by acupuncture and massage combined with or without NGF.Methods 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation were treated by acupuncture and massage combined with NGF,and total effective rates were 96.7%.50 cases were treated only by acupuncture and massage,and total effective rates were 74.0%.Conclusion The treatment of acupuncture and massage combined with NGF on lumbar disc herniation was better than olny by acupuncture and massage.
