总结近年来自体血穴注法治疗座疮的临床研究进展,介绍用单纯自血穴注法、自体血混合其他注射液穴注法(香丹注射液、丹参注射液、参麦注射液、维生素B6注射液、维生素B12注射液等)及自血穴注配合其他疗法(针刺、拔罐、放血、中药内服外敷、西药(含局部注射)、皮肤护理、穴位埋线、高频电点刺等)治疗痤疮,均取得了满意的疗效。分析了自血穴注法治疗座疮尚存在的问题,为以后的研究提供参考.

Summary in recent years from blood injection method for the treatment of acne： progress in the clinical research,introduced the use of simple self blood injection method,autologous blood mixed with other injection acupuncture point injection（injection,Danshen injection,Shenmai injection,injection of vitamin B6,vitamin B12 injection）,and self blood injection with other therapies（acupuncture,cupping,phlebotomy,internal and external medicine,Western Medicine（including local injection）,skin care,acupoint catgut embedding,electrosurgical prick etc.） acne treatment,they all acquired satisfactory curative effect.Analysis of self blood injection method for the treatment of acne problems,provide reference for the later research.
