Andreas DuBois, director of China Wind Power (Research & Training) Programme, a project assisted by the German Government via the GIZ. His first time in China was in 1991, when he was manager of a wind farm in Zhejiang province. For the past 20 years, he participated in construction of many wind farms in China. Since 2005 China Wind Power (Research & Training) Programme has focused on engineer training, 'over 4000 Chinese engineers have graduated, and we plan to train teachers from vocational professional schools, so more students will learn German methodologies.'
