The Protection of the Vulnerable Groups' Interests: Legal Perspectives

在当前社会转型加速时期,加强弱势群体利益保护有利于政治的稳定、公平正义的实现以及和谐社会的建设。由于弱势群体受先天或后天因素的制约,其生存权与发展权难以有效实现。为此,应在审视目前弱势群体利益保护不足的基础上,从宪法的高度,建立多层次、全方位的弱势群体利益保护的法律体系及司法救济体系。

The vulnerable groups＇ interests should be protected in the contemporary transitional peri- od, given that their protection is inductive to political stability, social justice and harmo- nious society. As these people face many hardships in survival and development, the pro- tection of their interests should be approached from the perspectives of constitution, legal system and judicial relief.
