构筑大力推进生态文明建设的社会方法

Social Means for Ecological Civilization

党的十八大报告所提出的"大力推进生态文明建设"、"实现中华民族的永续发展"的国策的具体表述,就是节约资源、保护环境、恢复自然。但厉行节约、保护环境、恢复自然的瓶颈战,却是对日趋全球化和日常生活化的当代灾疫予以卓有成效的防治。而《灾疫伦理学:通向生态文明的桥梁》这一新著,却在这方面可以为我们提供其全新的认知视野、切实可行的思想方法和可普遍操作的实施思路。

The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes ecological civiliza- tion development and sustainable development in the hope of conserving resources, pro-tecting the environment and restoring nature. Though such tasks are challenging, they are crucial to the prevention of disasters under the circumstances of globalization. This paper studies the cognitive perspectives, practical means and workable thoughts as conceived in the book “Ethics of Plagues and Disasters ： Bridge for Eco - civilization”.
