Experience from the eight principal syndromes and Treatise on febrile

本文通过学习陈逊斋,汤本求真、胡希恕、刘绍武等经方大家研究伤寒论的成果,阐述了八纲辨证,八纲辨证是一切辨证方法的总纲,论证了八纲辨证与伤寒论的关系,提示在临床上要认真细致辨好寒热虚实,辨对阴阳,搞对病位。只有这样,才能提高临床辨证施治水平。

In this paper, through studying the research restilts of Treatise on febrile of CHEN Xun-zhai, TANG Ben-qiu-zhen, HU Xi-shu, LIU Shao-wu, the author explains the eight principal syndromes. Eight principal syndromes is the master of all the dialectical method, demonstrating the relationship between the eight principal syndromes and Treatise on febrile, suggesting distinguishing chills or fever, deficiency or excess syndrome and the Yin or Yang, engage in disease location. Only in this way, can we improve the level of clinical syndrome differentiation.
