中药自拟方用于治疗功能性消化不良的可行性分析

Feasible analysis of TCM in treating functional dyspepsia

目的:分析中药自拟方用于治疗功能性消化不良的可行性。方法:选取我院消化科2011年1月～2013年1月收治的50例功能性消化不良患者,随机将这些患者分为观察组和对照组两组,每组平均25例。给予对照组患者多潘立酮片治疗,给予观察组患者中药自拟方治疗。然后对两组患者的临床疗效进行分析比较。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率为92%,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为80%。和对照组相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率较高,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药自拟方用于治疗功能性消化不良能够显著提升对患者治疗的总有效率,具有良好的临床疗效,安全可行,值得在临床广为推广。

Objective： Feasible analysis of TCM in treating functional dyspepsia. Methods： Select 50 functional dyspepsia patients in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013; patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 25 in each group. The control group was given domperidone tablets, another group was given TCM therapy. To compare analyze clinical effects of the two groups. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was 92%, and 80% in the control group. There was a significant difference （P〈0.05） between two groups. Conclusion： TCM had significant effect on treating functional dyspepsia, worthy of a wide clinical research and application.
