摘要
目的:观察消疹汤联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹的疗效。方法:140例患者随机分为两组,治疗组72例采用内服消疹汤(自拟方)联合窄谱中波紫外线照射;对照组68例单纯采用窄谱中波紫外线照射(1次/d),10d为1个疗程,观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率88.89%,对照组72.06%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:消疹汤联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹疗效好,起效快,安全有效。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect on treating pityriasis rosea by NB-UVB and the Xiao Zhen decoction. Methods： 140 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 72 cases in the treated group were given NB-UVB and Xiao Zhen decoction, 68 cases in control group were given NB-UVB. 10 days as a course. Results： The efficiency rates were 88.89% in the treated group and 72.06% in the control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： NB-UVB and the Xiaozhen decoction has a satisfactory effect in treating pityriasis roseas.
