Analysis of 1628 outpatient prescriptions of TCM in our hospital

目的:通过对我院第一个季度门诊中药处方情况进行分析,了解我院中药处方和中药临床使用存在的问题,并指导中药房工作和中医临床用药提供参考。方法:随机抽取我院2011年最后一季度和2012年第一季度我院门诊中药处方1628张,采用列表分析的方法,找出处方用药的规律及存在的问题。结果:我院门诊中药处方在重复用药、临床诊断、处方脚注、用药剂量、配伍禁忌、给药途径和单张处方药数等方面存在一些问题。结论:要重视和加强对中药处方的管理,制定适应于中医中药的处方管理办法,指导临床医师、药师处方的使用,以确保临床用药安全、有效。

Objective： To analysis the outpatient prescriptions of TCM situation according to the first quarter, understanding the questions of the prescriptions of TCM, and clinical use of TCM, provide a reference guide for pharmacy work and TCM clinical medication. Methods： The last quarter of 2011 and the first quarter of 2012 in our hospital were randomly selected outpatient prescriptions of TCM 1628, the list of methods of analysis, finding out the regular pattern and question. Results： There are some questions of outpatient prescriptions of TCM in our hospital, like repeat medication, clinical diagnosis, prescription footnoting, dosage, contraindications, route of administration and single prescription number. Conclusion： It is necessary to value and strengthen the management of outpatient prescriptions of TCM; To formulate a management method for suitable TCM prescription, to direct clinicians, pharmacists using the prescriptions, in order to ensure safe and effective medicine use.
