摘要 目的:了解非甾体抗炎药(Non-steroid Anti-inflammatory Drugs,NSAIDS)在眼科围手术期的使用情况,评价该类药物对眼科手术术前及术后非感染性炎症的预防和抗炎效果。方法:通过随机抽取2010年1月~12月手术病历200份,回顾性分析非甾体抗炎药在眼科围手术期的使用情况、抗炎效果及不良反应。结果:在242例术眼中有198例使用非甾体抗炎药,均能显著改善患者术后主观症状,不良反应发生率<6%。结论:非甾体抗炎药在眼科围手术期疗效确切,不良反应发生率低,且无糖皮质激素升高眼压的危险性.但也要重视一些严重并发症的发生。 Objective: To understand the usage of the non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) and to evaluate its prevention and anti-inflammatory effects on non-infectious inflammation during the perioperative period of eye surgery. Methods: 200 in-patient medical records within surgeries were randomly selected fi'om January to December in 2010. The usage, anti-inflammatory effects and adverse reactions of NSAIDS in perioperative period of eye surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 198 of total 242 surgical cases used NSAIDS, of which got improved subjective symptoms. The rate of adverse reactions was lower than 6%. Conclusion: NSAIDS have reliable therapeutic effects, low rate of adverse reactions and no risk of higher intra ocular pressure during the perioperative period of eye surgery. Despite, some severe complications should be noted.
