手法治疗急性骶髂关节错缝疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating acute sacroiliac joints staggered joint by manipulations

目的:观察手法治疗急性骶髂关节错缝的临床疗效。方法:以我院2001年1月～2010年12月期间收治的60例急性骶髂关节错缝患者为研究对象,采用整复手法进行治疗。于本组60例患者治疗前后,观察患者关节疼痛变化情况,同时进行端坐正穿袜试验。并根据关节疼痛、端坐正穿袜实验评级标准对临床治疗疗效进行评价。结果:本组60例患者的痊愈率为33.33%;显效率为25%;有效率为33.33%;无效率为8.34%;总有效率为91.66%。结论:手法治疗急性骶髂关节错缝的临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of manipulations on treating acute sacroiliac joints staggered joint. Methods： 60 cases of acute sacroiliac joints staggered joint in our hospital from January 2001 to December 2010 were treated by manipulations. To observe the changes of joint pain in patients. Meanwhile, test for sitting wears socks. To evaluate the clinical effect according to the joint pain and test rating standards. Results： The cure rate was 33.33%, the markedly efficiency was 25%, the efficiency was 33.33%, the ineffective rate was 8.34%. And the total efficiency was 91.66%. Conclusion： The treatment of acute sacroiliac joints staggered joint by manipulations has significant clinical effect, should be widely applied.
