辨证治疗慢性盆腔炎200例疗效观察

Effect of differential treatment on treating 200 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory

目的:探讨辨证治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:运用辨证施治以口服中药汤剂为主,配合中药外敷,中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎200例。结果:痊愈124例,显效44例,好转24例,无效8例,总有效率96%,疗效满意。结论:辨证论治配合中药外敷及灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。

Objective： To explore the effect of differential treatment on chronic pelvic inflammatory. Methods： Oral administration of TCM decoction plus the external application of TCM and the enema of TCM to treat 200 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory. Results： 124 patients have been cured, 44 patients were better and better and the current situation of 24 sick people have been changed, 8 cases were ineffective. The total efficiency was 96%, and the clinical effect was satisfying. Conclusion： The effect of TCM treatment plus the external application and drinking enema to treat chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is outstanding.
