168例上消化道出血的内科护理研究

Internal medicine nursing research of 168 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:探讨分析上消化道出血的内科护理措施。方法:以我院自2010年6月～2012年1月收治的168例上消化道出血患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组84人,采用一般性常规治疗,观察组84人,在常规治疗基础上,辅以内科护理,对比治疗效果。结果:观察组在经过内科护理后,再次出血、并发症情况等都比对照组有显著的改善。结论:对上消化道出血患者进行内科护理能够有效改善患者病情,在临床上具有推广意义。

Objective： To investigate and analysis the internal medicine nursing measures of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods： 168 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from June 2010 to January 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, 84 in each group. The control group was given general conventional treatment. The observation group was given more the internal medicine nursing than the control group. Treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results： In the observation group rebleeding, complications of patients were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion： Internal medicine nursing for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively improve the patients＇ condition, worthy of a wide clinical application.
