使用无创呼吸机病人的护理体会

Care experience for non-invasive ventilator patients

目的:探讨无创呼吸机治疗过程中对患者的评估及护理措施。方法:对使用无创呼吸机61例患者进行护理评估,并根据评估结果采取相应的护理措施。结果:61例患者中58例治疗有效,3例无效。结论:对使用无创呼吸机的患者进行评估及护理,能使患者积极配合,提高患者的依从性,增加患者的舒适度,减少并发症的发生,取得较为满意的疗效。

Objective： To investigate patients with the non-invasive ventilation during treatment assessment and care measures. Methods： 61 patients in nursing assessment and based on the assessment results, the appropriate care measures. Results： 61 patients, 58 cases of treatment is effective, 3 cases ineffective. Conclusion： The use of non-invasive ventilator patient assessment and care, enabling patients to actively cooperate to improve patient compliance and increase patient comfort and reduce the incidence of complications, and achieved satisfactory results.
