摘要
本试验研究了双歧杆菌BB12发酵乳、发酵上清液、菌体破碎物和活菌体对小鼠肠道菌群的调节功效。通过测定肠道双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、肠杆菌、乳球菌和产气荚膜梭菌的数量,研究了双歧杆菌BB12发酵乳各受试物对小鼠的影响。结果表明,双歧杆菌BB12发酵乳各受试物均可促进双歧杆菌和乳杆菌的增殖,同时,发酵乳显著降低了肠杆菌的数量,各受试物均显著减低了肠球菌的数量,而对于产气荚膜梭菌的影响均无显著性差异。由此可见,双歧杆菌BB12发酵乳具有一定的肠道菌群调节功能。
The effects of Bifidobacterium BB12 fermented milk on intestinal flora in mice had been investigated with detecting the amounts of Bifidobaeteria, Lactobacillus, Enterobacteriaceae, Enterococcus and Clostridium perfringens. All the disposals could significantly increase the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus, however, fermented milk decreased the number of Eenterobacilli significantly, and all the disposals could decrease the number of Enteroeoccus, with no effect on Clostridium perfringens. So, the Bifidobacterium BB12 fermented milk has the effect on the intestinal flora.
