摘要
从大庆市石化废水生物曝气池中分离出一株具有脱硫效果的菌株L26by2。根据形态学、生理生化特性及16SrDNA基因序列分析结果,初步鉴定该菌株为赖氨酸芽孢杆菌(Lysinibacillus sphaericus),对菌株L26by2的生长性能和硫化钠降解性能进行测试,结果表明:在30℃,转速为160r/min的条件下,该菌株的最佳生长pH值为7.0,对数生长期为12~32h,当硫离子为60.0mg/L时,该菌株对硫化钠的降解率达63.60%。
A strain of L26by2 which could degrade sulphide was filtered from the waste water of Daqing refinery. According to the morphology features, physiological and biochemical tests, and 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis, L26by2 was identified as l,ysinibacillus sphaerieus. The results showed that under the condition of 30 ℃ and shaking speed 160r/min, the optimum pH condition is 7.0 and the logarithmic growth phase is 12 -32 h. The degradation rate of sulphide is 63.60 % at the sulphide concentration of 60.0 mg/L.
