摘要
针对前期筛选鉴定的氧化硫硫杆菌(Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans)TT03,为进一步了解和掌握其培养方法进行了本项研究。结果表明:TT03适宜在初始pH2.0~6.0与温度25℃~35℃的范围内生长;以硫酸铵为第一氮源,也可利用尿素和硝酸盐生长;为保证稳定的培养,需要加大接种量到2.0%以上;适量的氧气供给对TT03的生长是有利的;在二氧化碳的浓度达6%以上时生长受到抑制,而在6%以下时,对TT03的生长有促进作用。
Basing on the previous selected study of Acidithiobacillus thiooxidans TT03, the test was conducted to understand the method of cultivating. The results showed that TT03 was appropriate to grow in the initial pH 2.0 -6.0 and at the temperature 25 -35 ℃ ; it could grow by using ammonium sulfate as first nitrogen source, and urea, nitrate too. In order to ensure the stability of the training, it need to be increased the inoculation amount to 2.0 % above ; the favorite amount of oxygen supply was beneficial for the growth. The growth of TT03 was inhibited when the carbon dioxide concentrations reached above 6 % , and its growth was promoted when it was less than 6 %.
