摘要
针对典型焊接构件,采用SYSWELD焊接模拟软件进行模拟,建立了三维模型并进行了网格划分,采用双椭球热源模型,对焊接过程进行了模拟分析,获得了温度场的分布情形,在焊接过程中,焊缝单元的温度随着焊接的进行迅速升高,温度场的形态在整个焊接过程中大体上不发生变化.在焊接变形方面,由于焊缝的纵向收缩,底板在各道焊缝位置都发生了纵向的收缩变形,同时加强筋板也发生纵向收缩变形.通过焊接模拟仿真计算,为改善焊接变形提供了借鉴依据.
By means of SYSWELD and focusing on the typical welding component,a 3D model was set up.By using the double ellipsoid source model,the welding temperature fields were gained.The temperature of the weld element rises quickly during welding process,while the form keeps the same.Due to the shrinkage deformation of the weld,the base plate and the reinforcement plate have longitudinal shrinkage deformation.Through the welding simulation,the reference basis is gained for the improvement of welding distortion.
