摘要
依据个性化制鞋设计需要,基于激光扫描的三维脚型轮廓测量原理,开发一种用于人体足部测量的激光扫描非接触测量系统。提出了4组CCD搭配4组激光器,通过步进电机进行快速扫描的总体方案,完成了硬件系统的结构设计。以单片机为核心设计控制电路,设计出单片机下位机程序、PC端上位机程序,经过自行开发的图像处理软件进行图像获取与数据拟合,可在短时间内获取足部三维数据,重构出三维足部轮廓。
In order to meet the need of customized shoe design, we designed a non-contact foot measurement system based on laser scanning. Four groups of CCD and 4 groups of laser, together with stepping motor were used to realize fast scanning, and the related mechanical components were also designed. Based on the control circuits designed with MCU, the lower MCU program and upper computer program were designed. Image acquisition and data fitting were carried out by self-designed software. Point clouds were obtained quickly, and 3D toot contour can be reconstructed successfully.
