摘要
目的:探讨中药膳食治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:自2009年开始将小榄镇北区社区389例高血脂病人随机分为两组,其中一组185例进行中药膳食方治疗,另一组204例予西药辛伐他丁治疗。两年后观察两组的疗效。结果:中药膳食组疗效96.2%与辛伐他丁组疗效97.1%,中药膳食组与辛伐他丁组疗效比较,(P>0.05),差异没有统计学意义。而副作用方面,中药膳食组没有发现任何不适,而辛伐他丁组出现副作用率达5.8%;半年后的复发率,中药膳食组复发率为5.4%,辛伐他丁组为42.1%,两组相比较,(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:中药膳食治疗高脂血症能降低高血压、心脑血管疾病的发生率及改善病人的生活质量,值得在南方地区推广应用。
Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of TCM food therapy in treating hyperlipidemia. Methods: 389 patients were divided into 2 group; 185 were given TCM food therapy; 204 were given Simvastatin, comparing result after 2 years. Results: Clinical efficacy was 96.2%, it was 97.1% for Simvastatin; there was no significant difference (P〉0.05). There was 5.8% of Simvastatin group for side effects. On the recurrence for 6 months the TCM was 5.4%, and Simvastatin was 42.1%; the difference was significant (P〈0.05). TCM food therapy is effective to improve treating Hyperlipidemia in south areas of China.
