摘要
目的:观察应用中医综合方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法:选择120例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为两组,每组分60例,对照组采用针刺和腰椎牵引,观察组在对照组基础上配合推拿和康复训练,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.7%。对照组为70%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有明显效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of TCM integrative therapy in treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods： To divide 120 patients into two groups, 60 for each. In the control acupuncture and lumbar traction; in the treated the massage and healing training were taken more. Results： In the treated group the total efficiency was 96.7%. In the control it was 70%, and the difference was significant. Conclusion： The integrative therapy was effective in treating lumbar disc herniation.
