中药联合抗生素对感染性疾病病菌获得率的影响探究

The impact of TCM combined with antibiotic on infectious disease germs rate

目的:对中药联合抗生素对感染性疾病病菌获得率的影响进行分析探讨。方法:抽取在2011年1月～2012年12月间我院收治的感染性疾病临床患者89例,将其按照治疗方案分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者接受第三、四代头孢菌素进行治疗,观察组患者则是接受中药与抗生素联合进行治疗。结果:观察组患者疗程结束后大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌的获得率较对照组发生显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合抗生素对感染性疾病进行治疗时可降低病菌获得率。

Objective： To analyze the impact of TCM combined with antibiotic on infectious disease germs rate. Methods： From January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital 89 cases of patients with infectious disease were selected, according to treatment programs were divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group patients received the third, four generation cephalosporins for treatment, patients in the observation group were treated by TCM combined with antibiotic treatment. Results： After treatment, escherichia coli, klebsiella pneumoniae acquisition rate of the observation group was significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM combined with antibiotics could reduce the germs rate on treating infectious diseases.
