参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病心律失常的临床效果研究

Clinical efficacy research on treating arrhythmia of coronary heart disease with Shensong Yangxin capsule

目的:研究参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病心律失常的临床效果。方法:以2012年1月～2012年12月我院治疗的冠心病心律失常患者共82例为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组加用倍他乐克和胺碘酮治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,加用参松养心胶囊治疗。观察两组患者的疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组对冠心病心律失常的治疗效果明显,显效23人,有效13人,总有效率为95.1%,高于对照组(78.0%),差异有统计学意义。治疗组有1例患者出现腹胀症状,1例患者出现恶心症状,未影响继续服药治疗,无其它不良反应。结论:参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病心律失常的临床效果明显。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule in treating arrhythmia of coronary heart disease. Methods： Selected a total of 82 cases for treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease from January 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital as the research objects. They were randomly divided into treated group and control group. The control group patients were treated with metoprolol and amiodarone therapy, and the treated group was treated combined with Shensong Yangxin capsule. The efficacy and adverse reaction of two groups were observed. Results： The therapeutic effect of the treated group on arrhythmia of coronary heart disease was significant, with 23 cases markedly effective, 13 cases effective, and the total efficiency was 95.1%, which was higher than that in the control group （78%）. The treated group had one patient with abdominal distention, one patient with nausea, which had no influence on medicine treatment. There were no other adverse reactions. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule in treating coronary heart disease and arrhythmia was obvious.
