中西医结合治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效观察

Effect observation on treating viral myocarditis in children in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我院78例病毒性心肌炎患儿的临床资料,根据患者的治疗方法差异分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用中西医结合及常规方法进行治疗,比较两组患儿治疗之后的临床疗效,并进行统计学分析,研究中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。结果:治疗完成之后治疗组患者的临床治疗效果与对照组具有显著统计学差异,(P<0.05),患儿的体征消退较短,症状改善非常明显,临床疗效显著。结论:在临床小儿病毒性心肌炎患者的治疗当中,采用中西医结合的方法进行治疗可以有效提高患者治疗效果,临床上值得进行推广使用。

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the integrative medicine on treating viral myocarditis in children. Methods： Clinical data of 78 patients were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital. Patients based on the integrative medicine and conventional methods of treatment were divided into treated group and control group, comparing the clinical effect of the two groups, to study clinical effects of integrative medicine and statistical analysis. Results： There was a significant difference of the two groups （P〈0.05）, it can obviously relieved the symptom, and have a significant clinical effects. Conclusion： The integrative medicine therapy had significant effect on treating children with viral myocarditis, worthy of a wide application.
