中医辨证治疗冠心病的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of treating CHD in TCM differentiation

目的:对中医辨证治疗冠心病的临床疗效和安全性进行探讨分析。方法:随机选取2009年6月～2011年6月于我院接受诊治86例冠心病患者,将所选的病例平均分为两组,每组43例,对照组患者给与常规西药治疗,观察组根据患者的症型采取中医辨证疗法进行治疗,比较分析两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:通过临床治疗发现观察组的总有效率为95.35%,对照组的总有效率为72.09%,两组的治疗效果比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05),观察组患者的不良反应发生率为2.33%,对照组的不良反应发生率为4.65%,两组差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:根据患者的症型选择合适的中药方剂治疗冠心病的临床效果满意,且安全性较好,值得临床借鉴应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects and security on treating CHD in TCM differentiation. Methods： To select 86 CHD patients from Jun 2009 to Jun 2011, divide them into two groups, 43 for each. The control group was given routine modern medicine, and the treated group was given TCM therapy in differentiation, and compare the clinical effects and adverse effects. Results： In the treated group the total efficiency was 95.35%, the control group for 72.09%, significant difference （P〈0.05）. At adverse effects the treated group was for 2.33%, the control for 4.65%, no difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The TCM differentiation for CHD was effective and worthy being spreaded.
