情志干预在多发性混合痔手术中的护理体会

Nursing experience of hemorrhoids and fistula surgeries with emotion therapy

目的:对情志干预法在多发性混合痔手术中的护理疗效进行评价。方法:采用"语言开导"、"移情易性"、"以情制情"三法,对2011年1月～12月接受多发性混合痔手术的725例患者进行情志干预护理,观察并记录护理效果。结果:725例患者中护理疗效优者为655例(90.34%),良为50例(6.89%),差为20例(2.75%),总优良率达97.24%。结论:恰当的情志干预可以缓解或消除接受多发性混合痔手术患者的紧张情绪,减少痛苦,有利于医生的手术操作。

Objective： To observe the nursing effect of emotion therapy to the operation of hemorrhoids and fistula. Methods： 725 hemorrhoids and fistula surgical patients were used the three psychological consulting methods, and observed and recorded the nursing effect of emotion therapy. Result： In the 725 cases, the therapeutic efficacy was excellent in 655 cases （90.34%）, better in 50 cases （6.89%）, and worse in 20 cases （2.75%）. The total efficiency was 97.24%. Conclusion： Using the proper emotion therapy, it could relieve or eliminate the emotional tension of hemorrhoids and fistula surgical patients and reduce the pain; it may be benefit to perform the operation smoothly.
