通腹汤促进腹部手术术后胃肠功能恢复随机平行对照研究

Randomized Controlled Studies for Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function after Abdominal Surgery with Tongfu - soup Free Fried Particles

[目的]观察通腹汤促进腹部手术术后胃肠功能恢复疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按随机数字表方法随机分为两组,均术后常规护理方法,禁食、胃肠减压、腹部热敷,鼓励病人术后6h进行床上活动,病情允许的情况下早期下床活动。对照组40例术后12h开始服用红糖水(红糖36g+水100mL),20mL/次,3次/d。治疗组40例术后12h开始服用通腹汤(大黄6g,枳壳12g,丹参6g,厚朴12g)。连续治疗5d为1疗程。每2 h监测1次临床症状、腹胀、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气、排便时间。连续治疗5d为1个疗程。连续治疗1疗程(5d),判定疗效。[结果]肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气、首次排便、腹胀程度评分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]通腹汤可促进腹部手术术后胃肠功能恢复。

[Objective] To observe efficacy of Tongfu-soup free fried particles promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery.[Methods]With randomized controlled method,the 80 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups are routine postoperative care methods,fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,hot belly,to encourage patients bed activities after 6 hours,the case of the condition to allow early ambulation.The control group of 40 patients 12 hours started taking water,brown sugar（brown sugar 36g ＋ 100 mL of water）,20 mL / time,3 times / day.Treatment group,40 patients 12 hours start taking through the abdominal soup（rhubarb 6g,Citrus aurantium 12g,Salvia 6g,Magnolia 12g Free fried granules）.5d continuous treatment course of treatment.Every 2h monitoring clinical symptoms,abdominal distension,bowel sounds recovery time,first exhaust defecation.Continuous treatment for 5 days for a course of treatment.Continuous one course of treatment（5 days） to determine efficacy.[Results]bowel sounds recovery,flatus,first bowel movement,abdominal distension scores of the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]： Tongfu-soup Free fried particles could promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery.
