巨刺法联合西药治疗特发性面神经麻痹急性期随机平行对照研究

Opposing Needling method Combined With Western Medicine Treatment of Acute Idiopathic Facial Paralysis Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察巨刺法联合西药治疗特发性面神经麻痹急性期疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将85例住院及门诊患者按抽签方法随机分为两组。对照组31例西医常规治疗+传统针刺法,治疗组54例巨刺法(选取健侧面部阳白、攒竹、太阳、四白、颧髎、迎香、地仓、颊车、下关、完骨;远端选取外关、合谷、阳陵泉、足三里、太冲),手法平补平泻,留针20min,西药治疗同对照组,连续治疗10d为1疗程。临床症状、面肌功能评分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈39例,显效10例,有效5例,无效0例,总有效率100%。对照组痊愈16例,显效5例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率93.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。面肌功能积分两组均有明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]巨刺法联合西药治疗特发性面神经麻痹急性期疗效满意。

[Objective]To observe Opposing needling method combined with western medicine treatment of acute period curative effect of idiopathic facial palsy.[Method]Randomized control method,85 cases of inpatient and outpatient patients randomly divided into two groups according to the lottery method,Control group of 31 cases of conventional western medicine treatment ＋ traditional acupuncture method,Treatment group of 54 cases of giant thorn method（select the healthy side of Yangbai,cuanzhu,sibai,quanliao,yingxiang,dicang,jiache,xiaguan,wangu;distal selection,waiguan,hegu,yanglingquan,zusanli,taichong）,Ping xie by technique,20 minutes of retaining needle,western medicine treatment with the control group,continuous treatment 10 d for 1 course of treatment.Clinical symptoms,facial function score,adverse reactions.2 courses of treatment continuously,judge curative effect.[Results]Treatment group 39 cases cured,10 cases had marked effect,5 cases effectively,ineffective 0 cases,total effective rate was 100%.Control group healed in 16 cases,5 cases had marked effect,8 cases effectively,2 had no effect,total effective rate 93.50%.Treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Facial feature points in the two groups were significantly decreased（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,Treatment group was lower than control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Opposing Needling method combined with western medicine treatment of acute idiopathic facial paralysis period curative effect is satisfied.
