分期治疗腰椎间盘突出症506例

Stage Treatment of 506 Cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation

[目的]观察分期治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]对506例腰椎间盘突出症,急性期卧床、服中药汤剂联合西医消炎、脱水、止痛治疗;中期中药干热敷及手法按摩治疗;后期手法配合康复训练。连续治疗1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈410例,好转92例,手术4例,总显效率97.00%。[结论]分期治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果较好,疗程短、操作简单、复发率低,适合基层医院广泛应用。

[Objective]The observation stage treatment of lumbar disc herniation.[Methods] The clinical observation of 506 cases of hospitalized patients with acute bed,clothes decoction of Chinese medicine with Western anti-inflammatory,dehydration,pain treatment;Interim medicine dry fomentation and massage therapy;late practices with rehabilitation training.Continuous treatment for one week for a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment course,to determine the efficacy.[Results]410 cases were cured,improved in 92 cases,and four cases surgery,97.00% of the total effective.[Conclusion]Stage treatment of lumbar disc herniation is better,and its short course,simple operation,low recurrence rate,for grass-roots hospitals widely used.
