中药泡足联合西药治疗护理糖尿病足

Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot Bath Care of Diabetic Foot

[目的]观察中药泡足联合西药治疗护理糖尿病足效果。[方法]将68例住院患者按入院日期单双日随机分为两组,均口服降糖药+胰岛素注射治疗控制血糖。对照组采用基础护理、健康教育大讲堂(饮食、运动、糖尿病足的预防护理指导),研究组34例中药泡足,其他同对照组。均连续干预15d为1疗程。观测临床症状积分、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1b)、不良反应。连续干预2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]研究组痊愈18例,有效12例,无效4例,总有效率88.23%。对照组痊愈15例,有效8例,无效11例,总有效率67.64%。研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]对0级糖尿病足患者在综合护理的基础上采用中药泡足可缓解糖尿病足的发展,取得较好护理效果。

[Objective]Observed in patients with diabetic foot foam foot care effects of Chinese medicine.[Method]68 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into 2 groups of odd and even days according to the date of admission,the control group received basic care,health education Auditorium prevention（diet,exercise,diabetic foot care guide,Study group of 34 patients in primary care,tealth Education Forum（Diet,exercise,and prevention of diabetic foot care guide）,Plus herbs foam foot,Both groups in the use of oral hypoglycemic agents ＋ insulin treatment under the effective control of blood glucose,the 15-day course of treatment.2 after treatment to determine efficacy.[Results]Study group cured 18 cases,effective in 12 cases,4 cases,total effective rate of88.23%.Control group,15 cases were cured,effective in 8 cases,11 cases ineffective,the total effective rate of 67.64%.The efficacy of the study group than the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]0 diabetic foot patients on the basis of the comprehensive care herbal soak enough to ease the development of diabetic foot better care.
