健康宣教及中医护理老年膝骨关节炎改善生存质量

TCM Nursing Care of Senile Knee Osteoarthritis Patient Quality of Life Influence

[目的]观察健康宣教及中医护理对老年膝骨关节炎生存质量的改善情况。[方法]对50例老年膝骨关节炎患者根据病情状况进行针对性的健康教育,实施中医护理,观察护理前后生存质量变化。[结果]生理功能、社会功能、精神健康、躯体疼痛和生理职能以及情感角色与活力评分均有明显提高(P<0.05)。[结论]中医护理老年膝骨关节炎能够有效改善患者生存质量,值得临床中应用。

[Objective]Observing the improvement situation of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis after implementation of health publicity and TCM nursing care.[Methods]According the situation of 50 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis,give them health education,implement TCM nursing care,observe patients living quality change.[Results]After the treatment,total scole of physiological function,social function,mental health,body pain,physiological function,role emotional and activity assessment scale are significantly higher than before（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]For elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis,TCM nursing care can effectively improve thier quality of life,it is worthy of clinical application.
