摘要
目的观察外感风寒湿热对胶原诱导关节炎(CIA)大鼠白介素-17(IL-17)的影响。方法选取Wistar大鼠50只,随机分成正常组、模型组、风寒湿组、风湿组及风湿热组,每组10只,造模1个月后用ELISA检测血清及关节液IL-17的浓度。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组、风寒湿组、风湿组及风湿热组血清及关节液中IL-17水平均有不同程度的明显升高(P<0.01),其中以风寒湿组最明显,其次为风湿热组、风湿组,以模型组最低(P<0.01)。结论外感风寒湿热能加重IL-17的表达,提示在相同的风、湿因素下,寒邪对机体的免疫功能影响比热邪大。
Objectve To observe the effect of the invasion of wind cold damp and heat evil on IL - 17 in collagen induced arthritis (C1A) rats. Methods In this research the natural damp environment was simulated. 50 wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups, each group only 10, respectively for the normal group, model group, the wind cold dampness(WCD) group ,wind dampness(WD) group and wind dampness heat(WDH) group. All rats were killed at day 30 after experiment. The concentration of IL - 17 in serum and joint fluid was measured by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay. Results Compared with normal group, the levels of IL - 17 in model group, the wind cold dampness group, wind dampness group and wind dampness heat group were obviously higher in the serum and joint fluid (P 〈 0. 01 ). The increase in the wind cold dampness group is the most obvious, followed by wind dampness heat group, wind dampness group was second smallest, and model group minimum( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The invasion of wind cold dampness and heat evil can aggravate the expression of IL - 17. In the same wind, wet factors, ,the cold evil has a larger effect on the body's immune function to the heat evil.
