Designand Welding Execution Procedure for Welding Seal Used for Opening of Chemical Equipment

石油化工装置中化工设备和换热器的法兰密封或设备开口密封多采用焊接密封结构,以防止在压力、温度变化下法兰螺栓松弛而造成的开口分离和介质泄漏。从焊接密封结构的分类、焊接密封垫片尺寸的确定、焊接密封垫片的制造和施工以及焊接密封垫片的焊后检验等方面阐述了化工设备开口焊接密封的设计方法与施工要求。

Welding seal structure was mostly used in flange seal or equipment opening seal for chemical equipment and heat exchanger in petrochemical plant,in order to avoid opening separation and leakage of medium due to relaxing of flange bolts in case of variation of pressure and temperature.Author has described the design method and construction requirement for welding seal of opening of chemical equipment from aspects of category of welding seal structure,determining method of welding seal gasket dimension,fabrication / construction of welding seal gasket and inspection / test etc.after welding for welding seal gasket.
