摘要
贵州开阳化工有限公司50万t/a合成氨装置变换系统的变换炉选用了K811型钴钼系催化剂。介绍了变换系统的工艺流程;分析了变换系统试车时变换炉催化剂接气过程中出现的问题;总结了变换系统接气时防止超温的方法。
K811 type Co-Mo catalyst has been used in shifting furnace of shift system in synthetic ammonia plant with a capacity of 500,000 t /a in Guizhou Kaiyang Chemical Engineering Company Ltd.Author has introduced the process flow of shift system;has analyzed the problems occurred in gas receiving of catalyst in shifting furnace in case of trial operation in the shifting system;has summarized the method for preventing from over-temperature in case of gas receiving in shifting system.
