摘要
为了消除尿素高压合成尾气中混合气体的爆炸隐患,在原料气进入合成系统前设置了脱氢系统。介绍了脱氢系统的工艺流程;简述了TH-3型脱氢催化剂的基本特性、填装及使用情况;总结了TH-3型脱氢催化剂的再生与应用的相关经验。结果表明,再生后的脱氢催化剂仍可重复使用,在一定程度上降低了尿素的生产成本。
In order to eliminate the hidden trouble of explosion of mixing gases in high pressure synthesis tail gas of urea,the de-hydrogen system was arranged before the raw gas has entered into synthesis system.Author has introduced the process flow of de-hydrogen system;has briefly described the basic characteristic of TH-3 type of de-hydrogen catalyst,its filling and application situation;has summarized the regeneration of TH-3 type of de-hydrogen catalyst and the related experience on application.Result indicates that the de-hydrogen catalyst after regeneration can still be reused,the production cost of urea can be reduced by a definite extent.
