北京市海淀区8年新生儿疾病筛查及可疑病人复诊情况分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析2004至2011年北京市海淀区新生儿疾病筛查及可疑病人复诊情况。方法采用回顾性研究的方法,统计和分析2004至2011年海淀区出生新生儿的先天性甲状腺功能低下和苯丙酮尿症筛查数据,并与朝阳区及北京市进行比较。结果①8年两病平均筛查率为98.57%,高于同期朝阳区及北京市平均水平。两病确诊情况与朝阳区及全市水平相当。②可疑病人检出率高于朝阳区及北京市,其中PKU可疑病人检出率低于朝阳区及北京市,而CH高于两地,差异有统计学意义;可疑病人返区率与朝阳及北京市接近,可疑病人复查率显著高于两地。③未复诊的病人中流动人口占91.98%,未复查中流动人口所占比例显著高于全市。结论新生儿疾病筛查是先天性甲状腺功能低下和苯丙酮尿症二级预防的重要且有效的方法,保证筛查率达标的同时,选择合适时机采血,降低可疑病人检出率,同时应提高公众对新生儿疾病筛查的认识,加强流动人口的管理,通过多种途径提高新生儿疾病筛查率和复查率。 Objective:TO analyze the result of neonatal disease screening and questionable patient in Haidian district of Beijing from 2004 to 2011.Methods:Use retrospective study method,analyze the screening data of congenital hypothyroidism(CH) and phenylketonuria(PKU) at born in hospitals of Haidian district from Jan,1st,2004 to Dec,31st,2011,compare with Chaoyang district and Beijing.Results:The average of newborn screening rate in Haidian district were 98.57%,significantly higher than in Chaoyang district and Beijing in last eight years.The detecting rate was approximation in three areas.But the detecting rate of questionable patient was different in three areas;the detecting rate of PKU was lower,and CH was higher than other areas.The questionable patient of district tracking rate was approximation in three areas;but the recall rate was higher than other areas.91.98% no-recall questionable patients were non-registered permanent;the ratio in Haidian district was highest.
