摘要
目的分析自然流产病人的遗传因素和内分泌因素。方法收集自然流产病例156例,取外周血做染色体核型分析,然后全部病人取血用化学发光法检测血清泌乳素(PRL)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平。结果 156例自然流产女性染色体核型分析中,检出18例异常染色体核型。其中染色体平衡易位11例,罗氏易位3例,染色体倒位和随体增加均2例。在生殖激素水平的检测中,与138例染色体正常组相比,18例染色体异常组的LH和PRL水平均明显增高(P<0.05),而E2值明显降低(P<0.01),FSH值有降低的趋势,但差异无统计学意义。结论染色体异常是导致夫妇自然流产的一个重要原因,生殖激素水平的改变可能是异常染色体核型引发自然流产的因素之一。
Objective: To analyze the genetic factor and endocrine factor in spontaneous abortion.Methods: Chromosome analysis was performed on 156 female who were diagnosed spontaneous abortion,Chromosomal preparations made from peripheral blood lymphocytes in 156 patients,and then the reproductive hormone LH,FSH,E2and PRL were analyzedby chemiluminescence immunoassay.Results: On the one hand,18 abnormal karotypes were detected in 156 cases,including 11 cases of balanced reciprocal translocation and 3 cases of Robertsonian translocations,2 cases of inversions and 2 cases of satellite increases;On the other hand,compared with the normal group about chromosomes,the level of LH and PRL were higher in the group of abormal group about chromosomes(P 0.05),but the level of E2 was lower(P 0.01);The level of FSH has the trend of decrease,but there were no significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion: Abormal chromosomes may be an important reason of spontaneous abortion,the abormal chromosomes can induce spontaneous abortion,reproductive hormone level may be one of the factor about it.
