225对复发性自然流产夫妇的染色体分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨复发性自然流产与染色体异常的关系。方法我们选择性地对在湖南省计划生育研究所就诊的225对复发性自然流产夫妇进行了细胞遗传学分折。结果在225对复发性自然流产夫妇中发现染色体异常核型19例,异常率为8.4%(19/225)。结论染色体异常是导致复发性自然流产的重要原因之一。 Objective： To study the correlation of chromosome abnormality and recurrent spontaneous abortion（RSA）.Methods： 225 RSA couples were selected from The Family Planning Institute of Hunan Province and analyzed chromosome karyotype.Results： 19 cases showed Chromosome abnormality and the recurrence rate was 8.4%（19 /225）.Conclusion： Chromosome abnormality plays a significant role in RSA.
