八字针法治疗中风后上肢软瘫100例

“Ba Zi” Acupuncture Therapy for Post-Stroke Upper Body Paralysis:100 Cases Study

目的:观察八字针法治疗中风后上肢软瘫的疗效。方法:用八字针法针刺上肢肩!、曲池、合谷、手心、内关、外关以及肩关节、肘关节、腕关节阴阳两侧的皮下定向穴,每日1次,连用7次为一疗程,共2个疗程,判定疗效。结果:100例患者,治愈率为86%,有效率为100%。结论:八字针法治疗中风后上肢软瘫疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective： To observe“Ba Zi” acupuncture therapy for post - stroke ods： Applying “Ba Zi” acupuncture therapy by inserting at acupuncture points Neiguan,Waiguan of the upper arm and shoulder joint, Elbow joint and Pixia upper body paralysis. Meth- Jianyu, Quchi, Hegu, Shouxin, Dingxiang point of the Yin and Yang sides of the wrist, with once per day for seven sessions. Results：The result of 100 patient cases showed a curable rate of 86%, with the effective rate of 100%. Conclusion： “Ba Zi” acupuncture therapy for post - stroke upper body paralysis has a noticeable medical effect, and it is worth promoting.
