项夹脊电针结合耳周局部腧穴治疗突发性耳聋

Electroacupuncture Combined with Local Acupuncture Jiaji in the Treatment of Sudden Deafness

目的:观察项夹脊电针结合局部腧穴治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:将68例突发性耳聋患者随机分为两组,每组34例。治疗组采用项夹脊电针结合耳周局部腧穴针刺治疗,对照组采用局部腧穴针刺治疗,4个疗程后比较两组患者疗效。结果:治疗后两组听力损失分贝值均下降,且治疗组对听力改善程度优于对照组;治疗组总有效率为76.47%,优于对照组的55.88%。结论:项夹脊电针结合局部腧穴治疗突发性耳聋疗效显著,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with local acupuncture Jia- ji on sudden deafness. Methods：68 cases of sudden deafness patients were randomly divided into two groups, each group with 34 cases. Treatment group adopted a Jiaji electroacupuncture combined with local acupoints ac- upuncture therapy. The control group used the local acupoints acupuncture treatment, and the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results：After treatment, hearing loss decibel value was decreased, and the observation group was superior to the control group according to the hearing improvement. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 76.47%, which was better than the control group with 55.88%. Conclusion： Electroacu- puncture combined with acupoint Jiaji for sudden deafness has a remarkable curative effect, adn it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
