认知功能障碍的针灸处方规律初探

Prescription Rules of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Cognitive Dysfunction

通过检索针灸治疗认知功能障碍相关的古代文献及现代研究报道,分别从选穴、配穴、刺灸方法、手法等因素对处方规律及疗效优势进行小结和分析。针灸治疗该病常用腧穴为百会、四神聪、神道、风池等;现代较古代配穴方法更加丰富;刺灸方法古代以灸法为主,现代重视电针以及头皮针;古代与现代手法操作均无统一标准,差别较大。本研究对其古代及现代针灸处方规律的探讨,可为针灸临床治疗该病提供一定的借鉴。

This article has summarized and analyzed the prescription rules and advantages of the acupuncture and moxibustion in treating cognitive dysfunction from aspects of acupoints＂ selection and coordination, of nee- dling and moxibustion and manipulation through searching related articles in both ancient and modern times. The most frequently used acupoints are Baihui （DU20） , Sishencong（ EX - HN1 ）, Shendao （ DU11 ）, Fengchi （ GB20）, etc. Coordination of acupoints in modem times is much more diversified than the past. Moxibustion was used primarily in the past, while modem researchers emphasize electro - acupuncture and scalp acupunc- ture. As to manipulation, there is a huge difference and no criteria for so long. By studying and analyzing the prescription rules in the ancient and modem times, this article can provide approaches of acupuncture and moxi- bustion for cognitive dysfunction.
