针刺治疗卒中后抑郁的研究进展

卒中后抑郁的发生率在脑卒中患者中占有较大比例,它严重影响脑卒中患者的康复。因长期口服抗抑郁药物有较大的副作用,而针刺对于治疗本病具有疗效好和副作用少的特点。所以,近年来针刺治疗卒中后抑郁越来越被人们所重视。本研究综述脑卒中后抑郁的相关中西医病因和不同针刺疗法对该病的治疗,并提出相关的问题和展望。

The occurrence of post stroke depression accounts for a large proportion of stroke patients, which se- riously affects the rehabilitation of stroke patients. In recent years, acupuncture treatment for post stroke depres- sion is increasingly important, because of good efficacy and few side reactions by acupuncture for the treatment of this disease and great side reaction comes from long - term oral anti melancholic. This paper is mainly en- gaged in post stroke depression etiology of Chinese and Western medicine and acupuncture treatment for the dis- ease, and proposes the related problems and prospects.
