The priority of documents is specified in detail under FIDIC conditions of contract.On the basis of detailed analysis of the clause,this paper explains how to successfully resolve the contract ambiguity under this clause and carries out the variations methods of quantities and unit price,to reduce contractor＇s risk and maintain the seriousness and justice of contract.
